The set of skills necessary for the passage of the game for the heroes is formed from the very beginning. Unlike the previous parts, there is no character leveling system in "Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power". If the required number of artifacts is not collected at the end of the task, you can go to perform side tasks. To proceed to the next chapter, during the main quest it is necessary to collect a special game currency, implemented in the form of golden pyramids. The game is divided into several chapters denoting levels.
